The Executive Director is a seasoned expert in rural development, bringing over 10 years of experience in driving impactful growth initiatives. His expertise spans water and sanitation, renewable energy, energy efficiency, climate change adaptation, and youth skills development. He has a proven track record in business development, fundraising, partnership building, and advisory board management. Skilled in designing and implementing effective public-private partnership frameworks, he specializes in advancing sustainable solutions within the WASH sector. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications from Cavendish University."

ronald okuraja

Programs Director: Oversees the Programs and Finance teams and advises the Management Team on strategic decisions. He also supports engineering, communications, fundraising activities, and partnership building. With over 15 years of expertise in rural water supply, hygiene and sanitation, livelihood enhancement, and entrepreneurial skills development, he is dedicated to forging strategic partnerships in emergency and hard-to-reach areas. His focus is on implementing sustainable solutions that empower communities to drive lasting positive change. He holds a degree in Social Work and Social Administration from Uganda Christian University, complemented by specialized training in development work.  He brings a strong foundation in community-driven approaches that foster resilience and sustainable progress.

Caroline Suzan Atango

Finance and Administration Manager: leads the administration team and takes responsibility for accounts and office management. An accomplished professional with over ten years of expertise in financial management, holding an MBA in Finance and Accounting and a Bachelor's degree in Procurement and Logistics. Skilled in overseeing financial operations, optimizing resources, and ensuring strategic fiscal planning to drive organizational efficiency and growth.

IT and communications Specialist

John Ogulei is a Journalist and Media Professional; He is Diploma Holder of Journalism and Media Studies at Cavendish University Uganda. He also serves as our IT and Communications Specialist. Throughout his career, he has contributed to various media platforms, including Chimp Reports, The Tower Post, TND News, a former talk show host at TBS The Bull, and Teso News Network. His reporting often focuses on regional development, governance, and community issues in the Teso sub-region. He maintains an active presence on social media, particularly on X (formerly Twitter), where he shares updates on his work and regional news.
