At Rustic Clean Water Initiative (RCWI), our work is guided by a deep commitment to empowering communities, promoting health, and fostering long-term development. Our programs are designed to address urgent needs while laying the foundation for sustainable, community-driven progress.

Safe Water & Sanitation

Increasing access to clean water, sanitation facilities, and menstrual hygiene management in Primary Schools in at least 50 communities and 100 schools by 2030. Access to clean water and proper sanitation is essential for health, dignity, and development. RCWI is dedicated to ensuring that rural and underserved communities can live healthier lives through:

Installation and Maintenance of Boreholes
We provide reliable sources of clean water by drilling, rehabilitating, and maintaining boreholes in water-stressed areas.
Construction of Washrooms and Latrines
We improve hygiene infrastructure by constructing safe and accessible washrooms and latrines in schools, health centers, and public institutions.
Water Purification Training and Distribution
We empower communities with knowledge and tools for water treatment through training sessions and the distribution of purification solutions.
Hygiene Education Programs
Our outreach campaigns teach safe sanitation practices, including handwashing, menstrual hygiene management, and disease prevention.

Youth Empowerment & Skills Development

Provide essential support to at least 1,000 vulnerable youth, widows, orphans, and at-risk children, by ensuring better opportunities for vocational and entrepreneurship skills education by 2030. Young people are at the heart of sustainable development. Through skills training and mentorship, we unlock their potential and create pathways to economic independence:

Vocational Training
We equip youth with hands-on skills in trades such as carpentry, tailoring, mechanics, and more—providing practical avenues for self-reliance.
Entrepreneurship & Financial Literacy Workshops
We train aspiring entrepreneurs in business planning, budgeting, saving, and income management to help them start and grow small enterprises.
Mentorship & Leadership Development
Our mentorship initiatives connect young people with role models who guide them in their personal, academic, and professional journeys.

Community Resilience & Sustainable Growth

Supporting 500+ households and 200+ primary schools with resources and trainings to alleviate poverty and foster sustainable development by 2030. Our work extends to building resilience in vulnerable households and promoting economic growth through inclusive and sustainable practices:

Income-Generating Projects
We support vulnerable groups, especially women, youth and Primary Schools, with small-scale businesses that enhance household incomes.
Agricultural Training for Food Security
Through demonstrations and workshops, we promote climate-smart agriculture, improved seed use, and sustainable farming techniques.
Infrastructure Development
We invest in community infrastructure such as access roads, marketplaces, and storage facilities to support economic activities and mobility.
